Be pro-active! Begin a preventative health care regimen NOW. Today I have outlined in detail all the things that you can do to stay healthy, along with what you can do at home if you are not feeling well. Many of my patients may have already received an older version of this in the office. Feel free to print out this updated version. But always remember if you are exhibiting symptoms that warrant a trip to the hospital, by all means do so. Do not delay seeking medical care if you feel that your symptoms are worsening or that you do not have the means to care for yourself. This applies for any type of illness.
